How long does shipping take for international orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. International shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and In-Stock items?
In-stock items are ready to ship immediately. Group Buys are pre-orders for products currently in production; these have estimated shipping dates provided on the product page and allow you to secure limited-edition designs.
Do your DIY kits come with switches and keycaps?
Most of our DIY kits include the case, PCB, and plate. Unless specified as a 'Full Assembly' or 'Bundle,' switches and keycaps must be purchased separately to allow for full customization.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that soldered PCBs or kits that have been assembled are not eligible for return due to the nature of the hobby.
Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
Is technical support available for PCB programming?
Yes, we provide support for QMK and VIA firmware. You can find configuration files on our documentation page or join our Discord community for real-time troubleshooting with other enthusiasts.
