At KBDfans, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your custom mechanical keyboard experience. If your gear isn't quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery receipt provided the items are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team via the help desk or email with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Review and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request to ensure the products are eligible for return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all switches, stabilizers, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Ship the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
